About UDS

UNIS Document Solutions Limited (UDS) is joint venture capitalized by an investment of 220 million RMB from Unisplendor Corporation Limited(the Shenzhen-listed high-technology manufacturer and retailing giant closely associated with Tsinghua University in Beijing)and American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARP). UDS, pairing the digital document management solutions of American Reprographics Company with the brand recognition and Chinese distribution channel of Unisplendour, aims to deliver digital reprographics services to the country's booming construction industry.

UDS was founded on the basis of the whole engineered equipment department of Unisplendour, who is adept in reprographic equipment sales. Being involved in the field of government, education, finance, insurance, architecture and engineering design for more than 10 years, engineered equipment department has accumulated a wealth of experience, which is greatly conducive to the instant development of UDS. With this advantage UDS finishes the construction of its national network and have a closer relationship with manufactures such as Kodak, Colortac, Canon, Ricoh, ES-TE and so on. So far UDS has been the sole agent of Kodak high-speed scanner, Colotrac LF Scanner, Canon jet plotter, Ricoh laser plotter and ES-TE folding machine. Meanwhile, UDS combine the equipment with its self-developed imaging software to provide the clients with all-in-one document solution. 

Now UDS have succeeded in building Operation Headquarter, Technology Service Centre, Beijing Branch—Beijing Flagship Store, Shanghai Branch—Shanghai Flagship Store, Guangzhou Branch—Guangzhou Flagship Store. In addition, UDS also has a wholly owned subsidiary in Shanghai，which operates under the brand name "Shanghai UNIS Printing Technology Co.,Ltd" or UPT. These stores and subsidiary enable UDS to provide large-scale reprographic services to our key account around China. Meanwhile with the offices in Northeast, Northwest, central China, Southwest, UDS is qualified to provide various document solutions to clients in China.
